螺杆启闭机调试方法及注意事项
Debugging method and matters needing attention of screw hoist
1.当启闭机在无荷载的情况下，保证三相电流不平衡不超过正负10%，并侧出电流值。
1. When there is no load on the hoist, the unbalance of three-phase current should not exceed 10% positive or negative, and the value of side-out current should be guaranteed.
2.对于上、下限位的调节：当闸门处于全闭的状态时，将上限为压紧上行程开关，并固定在螺杆启闭机的螺杆上；当闸门处于全开时，将下限位盘压紧下行程开关，并固定在螺杆上。
2. Regulation of upper and lower limit: When the gate is in full closed state, the upper limit is to press up the travel switch and fix it on the screw of the screw hoist; when the gate is fully open, the lower limit disc is pressed down the travel switch and fixed on the screw.
3.对于启闭机的主令控制器调整，必须保证闸门升降到上、下限位时的误差不超过1cm。

4.安装后，一定要做试运行，一作无载荷试验，即让螺杆作两个行程，听其有无异常声响，检侧安装是否符合技术要求。
