启闭机操作规程如下：

1、构造单位，应安装在平坦的固体，地面上的良好的视野。和牢固地锚固体，并在权利要求提升线引导滑轮应该是垂直对齐，提升机滑轮一般是不不到十五米。

2、在调装作业前，应检查工作钢丝绳、离合器、制动器、保险进行棘轮，传动通过滑轮等，确定一个可靠，方可使用操作。钢丝绳在卷筒上要排列方式整齐，作业中需保留三圈。在作业时，不准跨越启闭机的钢丝绳经防止企业出现一些意外。
2. Before the adjustment and installation, check the working wire rope, clutch, brake, safety, ratchet wheel, transmission through pulley, etc., and ensure that it is reliable before operation. The wire rope shall be arranged in order on the drum, and three circles shall be reserved during operation. In operation, it is not allowed to cross the steel wire rope of the hoist to prevent some accidents in the enterprise.
3、起吊重物时需要停留在空中，除使用刹车外，并牢固地应用棘轮保险卡，作业时，严禁擅自离岗。

4、工作要服从工作人员指挥，信号不明或可能时造成事故，操作应暂停，直到明确继续操作之前后的情况。
