手动螺杆式启闭机调试方法
Debugging method of manual screw hoist
1.当启闭机在无负荷运行情况下，保证三相电平衡，其差值不得超过10%，并检测电流。
1. When the hoist is in no-load operation, ensure the three-phase electrical balance, and the difference shall not exceed 10%, and detect the current.
2.当闸门处于全闭状态时，将上限压紧上行程开关并固定在螺杆启闭机的螺杆上。当闸门处于全开时，将下限位盘压紧下行程开关并固定在螺杆上。
2. When the gate is fully closed, press the upper limit on the travel switch and fix it on the screw of the screw hoist. When the gate is fully open, press the lower limit plate down the travel switch and fix it on the screw.
3.在启闭机主控制线路的调整上必须保证闸门到达上下限的误差不超过1厘米。
