Rules of operation for cleaning machines
准备前奏
Prelude to preparation
检查管路系统有无漏气漏水的情况，如有这种情况，应通知维修人员修理。检查清洗液是否足够，如果不够，及时增加清洗液。先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查传动系统（电动机、联轴节、减速器）和运输带的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。开启浮油排除装置（不带浮油排除装置除外）开始浮油排除，因此时水泵尚开启，水面平静，排油效果最好，待浮油基本排除后停止除油，排油污多克利用午休时间进行。
Check whether there is leakage or not in the pipeline system. If
this happens, the maintenance personnel should be notified to repair it.
Check whether the cleaning fluid is sufficient, if not, add the
cleaning fluid in time. Start with the test run, then run empty for 2-3
minutes, check whether the movement of the transmission system (motor,
coupling, reducer) and the conveyor belt is stable, and confirm that
everything is normal before production. Open oil slick removal device
(except without oil slick removal device) to start oil slick removal, so
the water pump is still open, the water surface is calm, and the oil
drainage effect is the best. After the oil slick is basically removed,
the oil removal will stop, and the oil pollution will be removed by noon
break time.
操作事项
Operational matters
The parts to be cleaned should be placed neatly on the conveyor
belt and not pressed on the rollers. On the conveyor belt, the parts to
be cleaned should not be stacked too much to avoid affecting the
cleaning effect. After work, the cleaned parts can not be parked on the
conveyor belt. Press the stop button to stop the whole machine. Cleaning
machine uses different methods to clean packaging containers, packaging
materials, packaging aids, packaging parts, to achieve the expected
cleanliness of the machine. Water and a certain proportion of metal
cleaner should be added regularly to make up for consumption, so as to
keep the liquid level at a certain height. If the cleaning effect can
not meet the prescribed process requirements, the cleaning fluid should
be replaced completely
