螺杆式启闭机的原理
Principle of screw hoist
螺杆螺帽机构中,螺帽旋转时,同时沿螺杆轴线移动,将螺纹展开,可以看出实际上螺帽等于在沿螺纹展开的斜面上运动,利用斜面,螺帽旋动增加了运动的距离但节省了轴向运动所需要的力量,这就是螺旋千斤顶的工作原理;
In the screw-nut mechanism, when the nut rotates, it moves along the axis of the screw and unfolds the thread. It can be seen that the nut actually moves on the inclined plane which develops along the thread. Using the inclined plane, the screw-nut rotation increases the distance of movement but saves the force needed for the axial movement, which is the working principle of the screw jack.
螺杆启闭机也就相当于一个螺旋千斤顶,通过力臂较长的手柄转动力臂较短的螺帽,使螺帽得到较大的转动力量,当螺帽上下位置被固定后,使不能旋转的丝杆(螺杆)沿螺纹对应的斜面产生一个大的轴向分力,从而带动沉重的阀上升或下降,完成启闭工作
The screw hoist is also equivalent to a screw jack. By turning the nut with a shorter arm through a longer handle of the arm, the nut obtains a larger rotating force. When the upper and lower positions of the nut are fixed, the screw (screw) which can not rotate produces a large axial force along the inclined plane corresponding to the thread, thus driving the heavy load. The valve rises or falls to complete the opening and closing work. |
